The AC directly over the bed was unbearable! Even at the lowest setting, I felt a freezing draft all night. Sleeping became impossible, and I ended up catching a cold.

the hotel has absolutely perfect location very close to the major malls, other restaurants and which connects to 3 other malls. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved pratunam district.

Great options at breakfast. Stunning and fantastic location in Bangkok, very close to Siam Paragon, platinum Mall, MBK mall and other markets, Siam Paragon shopping mall and Bangkok.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool offered a stunning view. Though our room wasn't ready right away and service at the pool was slow, those minor hiccups didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay. The complimentary shuttles were a great bonus!

we had a very pleasant stay thanks to hotel's helpful staff. everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were extremely rude. the breakfast was excellent and great and the ambiance was special. the location was nice and incredible, for example, central world shopping plaza was within walking distance of the venue. further, it was short walk to other restaurants, the nearest shopping malls and other shops and hotels. the service was absolutely great.

Lovely Stay with Really good Service
We enjoyed an very nice 3-night experience! Staff were really good, even assisting us during a mishap with our ride. The Beautiful King Room was spacious with a heavenly bed and a large sofa. Pro tip, Arrive early for breakfast to avoid long lines!

The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every day. The spacious room offered a fantastic city view . The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, something for everyone.
